Woman Throws Knife in Beer Argument, Hits 3-Year-Old
One of my favorite things to do after a long day’s work is come home, open a beer and put on the Yankee game.
I never really put too much thought into the beer I open. Coors, Bud, Miller, Stella, Heineken — they all accomplish the same thing: Small satisfaction. I’m not the biggest Miller fan, but it’s hardly worth coming to blows over.
But that’s allegedly not the case for Lorraine Bulloch in Garden City, Ga.
A Garden City woman is in jail after authorities say she allegedly threw a knife during a fight over the wrong brand of beer, striking and seriously injuring a 3-year-old girl.
The knife hit the girl in the head, causing serious injury.
Far from my first choice, but not worth a knife fight.
You ever do something and the end result was waaaaaaay worse than you intended it to be? Like you’re playing in the pool and you throw your nephew off your shoulders and he lands face first and cries. You might feel like crap for a minute, but the only solace is that you know you didn’t mean to do something stupid.
But how do you get out of this one? You know she didn’t mean to hit a 3-year-old in the head with a knife, allegedly, but SHE THREW A KNIFE OVER THE WRONG KIND OF BEER, allegedly, of course.
“Well, it was Milwaukee’s Best Ice!” isn’t even a good enough excuse…
That’ll put a serious damper on your weekend, and I’m guessing will give you a major case of the Mondays, even if you meet bail.
So if you’re having a case of the Mondays, at least you didn’t throw a knife that landed in a 3-year-old’s head.
