Alex Brownstein wanted a job – a marketing job. Wanting a marketing job isn’t particularly unique, but how he ended up scoring one is a completely different story.

He came up with an ingenious plan to grab the attention of several top marketing and advertising executives. He spent a total of $6 buying Google Adwords for each of their names.

Then he waited for them to Google themselves. Out of 5 names, he landed 4 interviews, 2 offers, and a job. Check out his plan in action:
