Super Bowl Boxes – Do I have a Chance?

Super Bowl Squares

Everyone is familiar with the Super Bowl box pool at the office. You buy random boxes on a 10×10 grid, numbers between 0-9 are then drawn for the top row and left column, and if the last digits of the Super Bowl scores land on your box (after 1st Quater, Half, Final, etc.), you make money.

Well, I’ve always wondered what my chances are before watching the game. Casey at www.caseyshead.com, does a great job breaking down the odds.

If you were the unfortunate person who drew 2-2 or 5-5, it looks like you are in the same “probability” boat as a woman getting pregnant on the pill.

Draw 7-0 or 3-0? You might just get knocked up.

There are multiple tables on the site with charts based on the past four years, quarter by quarter, past Super Bowl scores, and even Colts and Saints scores throughout the regular season. Take a look, it is quite impressive.

2-2 or 5-5… Forget About It!!
