NBC’s The Office is pulling out all the stops as a result of Steve Carell’s departure next season. We all know that Will Farrel will be appearing on the show for several episodes. Unfortunately, this doesn’t sound like a full-time position going forward, but it will at least put the show in the right direction, despite the departure of the “World’s Best Boss.”

Will Ferrell is enough to make even the most devoted fans happy. Break out another guest character, and things start getting crazy. If you haven’t heard, there’s a huge buzz generating from the magical land we call Seaside Heights.

That’s right. Snookie “Nicole Polizzi” will be debuting her talent for acting in a future episode. Initial reports have indicated Snookie will be acting as Kelly Kapoor’s evil sister. And yes, as an intern. Who said the show can’t have successful interns. Maybe her “acting” won’t earn her a prestigious Emmy, but it’ll surely help her career. I mean, she can’t bomb as bad as “The Situation” during Donald Trump’s Roast. That would be impossible.

She looks like a natural.

Whelp, congrats to the writers. It sure does sound like this may be a home run.

Does this mean that the temp, Ryan Howard, will have to start tanning, lifting, and wearing crisp Ed Hardy t-shirts in order to hit it off with Snookie? I guess we will all have to wait to find out.
