Most people can not use profanity, discuss pornography, and still keep their jobs. Think again. If your net worth is $5.0 billion and your name is Sam Zell, anything goes.

Sam Zell’s resume is stacked. He currently presides as the chairman of the Tribune Company and is also chairman and president of Equity Group Investments, LLC, an investment firm based in Chicago.

Despite his success, he is known to be a bit of a loose cannon in the office. During a meeting with the L.A. Times, Mr. Zell told reporters to go watch “porn” if they wanted to.

To which Mr. Zell added:

Let me know if you find any good sites.

In another instance, Zell told off a journalist during an interview, dropping the ever so forbidden office phrase “f*** you“.

This is a little unfair given the rules and regulations Human Resources imposes on the average collared sheep.
