Outsourcing is a touchy subject. It’s essentially paying an external third party source to take care of an internal need, which in itself, doesn’t sound all that devious. One might say sexy, even.

Then there’s the day that your employer realizes they could pay someone in [insert foreign country] about a quarter as much as they pay you to do your same function. You had better bring more to the table than “adequate”  performance, or you say “goodbye” to your job, and “hello” to the lady in the food stamp line.
