Florida Man Assaults Quadriplegic with a Fish

There goes the neighborhood.
Imagine each Monday morning, driving to work, knowing that either yourself or your neighbor was harassed by a man down the street who has a severe drinking problem. What if that imagination was turned to reality?
Meet 52-year-old Dale McDaniel from New Port Richey, Florida. A man who does in fact drink heavily, and raises hell throughout the neighborhood.
According to 10 News, Mr. McDaniel has been arrested 34 times. Now, that’s a lot of scared people.
Listening to interviews with Dale’s neighbors is by far the best way to understand the man. Here are a few of the notable quotables:
I’m just glad I don’t have children. -Neighbor
He pee’d right here, against his own house. -another Neighbor
I have seen him run down the street chasing a guy over here with a chainsaw, running. He lifted a chainsaw last week at me. I can’t take it anymore. -another Neighbor
He has physically put his hands around my throat in the past. -another Neighbor
Even this neighbor, confined to a wheelchair, admits he was assaulted in his own driveway, slapped in the face, with a fish. -Reporter
That about says it all. Slapping a quadriplegic with a fish? Chasing people with chainsaws? How is this man out in the free world?
Plenty of neighbors have had bad Mondays as a result of Mr. McDaniel. Luckily their loss is our gain, and now we get this great video interview of Dale McDaniel, for our viewing pleasure.

Let me guess – alcohol was involved?
Who ever said large mouth bass weren’t intimidating?
I promise if that was my mom on the news complaining about getting cussed put by a drunk neighbor there would be a race between me and my brother (and probably my sister too) to that dudes front door. The men in that neighborhood need to turn in their man cards, to cowardly to stand up to a 50 year old drunk. The disabled guy is the biggest man on that street, even though he can’t physically stand he stood up to this dhead and took the assault.
I couldn’t imagine a pothead doing anything like this.
No worries, from the way this guy says he drinks, he will end up killing himself in a few years due to alchohol related illnesses.
