Case of the Mondays — Feb. 22
It’s a tough Monday for most of you. If you had last Monday off, it’s the first Monday morning you’ve had in a while. We feel you.

What's with predicting when people are going to die? We suddenly listen to psychics if they have a "Dr." before the name?
But at least your not Doctor Karol Sikora.
The London-based doctor told officials that Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, the man responsible for the 1988 Lockerbie bombing that killed 270 people, would be dead within three months. I guess his consulting hit a soft spot with those “officials.”
Megrahi was released six months ago because he was set to die from prostate cancer, so said Sikora. He’s still alive, living in a luxury villa with his family in his native Libya, according to a report.
Oops.
Karol, the doctor, doubles as a professor. How do you go to class today and teach?
Prof Sikora said that he suspected that Megrahi was still alive because he had received a “psychological” boost from returning to his homeland and being reunited with his family.
“Umm, Dr. Sikora? Why didn’t you think of that before hand? Are you omitting details from your teaching that I might need to become a doctor?”
Also in the report:
[Sikora] admitted this weekend that the fact the bomber is still alive might be “difficult” for the families of the 270 victims of the attack.
I’d say there’s no “might” about it. It is difficult. And it’s difficult he’s sipping on Mai Tais in Tripoli because you’re an ass.
So, if you’re having a tough morning, we understand. But just remember it could be worse. You could be the guy who gave the officials the green light to release a terrorist from jail.
