Sometimes it’s healthy to scream. A little ‘serenity now’ doesn’t work, as we’ve seen on ‘Seinfeld.’

It can be dangerous to file away your problems (lame pun intended). I suffered from this yesterday, actually. Mr. Micromanager was coming at me all day and I couldn’t take it. Several “I need to quit” gchats just wasn’t solving the problem. I was a defeated man the whole day at work.

I needed a scream room.
